Duration : 11 Nights / 12 Days

Day 01 : Delhi - Haridwar (205 Kms. 6 hrs)
Arrive at Delhi International Airport and meet our representative. You will be to taken to Haridwar, the gateway destination to Char Dham Pilgrimage tour. Take Rest at the hotel. In the evening visit the Har Ka Pauri Ghat to have the spectacular view of evening aarti. Also visit the Hindu temples located on the bank of the River Ganga. This city is also a pious site of Kumbh Mela held once in twelve years. After dinner, overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 : Haridwar - Barkot (205 Kms 5 - 6 hrs)
After having breakfast, drive to Barkot, the gateway to Yamunotri. This holy dham is about 50 kms away from Barkot. Enroute you would explore the beautiful Kempty Falls. On arrival you will be accommodated at a tourist lodge or guest house. Stay overnight at Barkot.

Day 03 : Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot (32 Kms. Drive +10 kms Local Taxi drive+ 6 Kms. Trek, one way)
Drive to Hanuman Chatti, and then take a local jeep ride to Janki Chatti. This is the trekking point from where you start your trekking to Yamunotri. You must be healthy to trek 6 kms mountain paths. If you could not walk you can hire ponies or palanquins.

Yamunotri Dham :
The sacred origin of the Yamuna River, Yamunotri is one of the four dhams of Hindu Char Dham pilgrimage as well as the first stop over of the itinerary of Char dham. It is famous for its glaciers and natural springs. It is said that Asit Muni, the Hindu sage used to worship here. The Yamunotri temple is located on the left bank of the river Yamuna(source) and constructed by Maharaj Pratap Shah of Tehri Garhwal.

On arrival at Yamunotri have a holy dip at the natural spring and then offer puja at the Yamunotri temple. The deity is Yamuna Devi. After darshan, trek back to Janki Chatti and then take the jeep ride to Barkot. Overnight stay.

Day 04 : Barkot - Uttarkashi (Drive 85 kms, 4 hrs)
Drive to Uttarkashi. On the way visit the Prakateshwar Cave. On arrival Uttarkashi camp. Vishwnath Temple is located here. Visit the temple in the evening. After having dinner, stay overnight at the Uttarkashi camp.

Day 05 : Uttarkashi -Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 Kms. one way)
On the 5th day itinerary of Char Dham Tour proceed towards Gangotri, the origin of Ganga River.

Gangotri Dham :
Gangotri is located at 99 km from Uttarkashi at height of 3140 meters above sea level. The shrine dedicated to the Goddess Ganga was built some 250 years ago by Amar Bahadur Thapa, the Gorkha Commander. The source of the river is Gangotri Glacier located at Gaumukh. Pilgrims trek to the source of the River Ganga to explore the origin of the daunting river as well as to offer prayers to Ganga Maya. According to myth, Ganga is the eternal gift Bhagirath’s penance.

On arrival at Gangotri take a holy dip in River Ganga. Offer prayers to the Gangotri shrine. Explore the daunting natural surroundings. Drive back to the camp and stay overnight.

Day 06 : Uttarkashi - Guptkashi (223 kms. Drive 9 - 10 hrs)
Drive to Guptkashi. Enroute explore the heritage city Tehri. After lunch, continue your drive and on arrival take the camp. Overnight stay.

Day 07 : Guptakashi - Kedarnath (32 kms Drive to Gaurikund & then 14 kms trek)
To reach the Kedarnath Dham, drive to Gaurikund. Then you have to trek 14 kms.

Kedarnath Dham :
Kedarnath is related to Hindu God Lord Siva and one of the four dhams of Char Dham pilgrimage as well as the remotest dham of Hindu pilgrimage. It is located in Uttarakhand state of north India. The main shrine worshipped at Kedarnath is the Shivlinga which is considered as one of the revered 12 jyotirlingas. The Hindu Saint Adi Guru Shankaracharya is said to build the main temple of Kedarnath.

On arrival at Kedarnath take the Tourist Bungalow or Parmarth Ashram. Have a bath before Darshan of the shrine. The main shrine is a stone edifice which represents a form of Shivlinga. Also visit the Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi. Stay overnight at the Ashram.

Day 08 : Kedarnath –Gaurikund- Rudraprayag (14 Kms trek 80 kms Drive)
Post breakfast trek back to Gaurikund. Reaching drive for Rudraprayag. It is a spectacularly beautiful place where the Alaknanda and Mandakini River meet. On arrival take the accommodation. You can explore the Rudraprayag town. After dinner stay overnight.

Day 09 : Rudraprayag - Badrinath (170 kms)
After breakfast drive to Shri Badrinath temple.

Badrinath Shrine :
The sacred temple of Badrinath is the main attraction to the Char Dham pilgrims. The deity worshipped at the temple is Lord Vishnu. This temple has been renovated several times as it was damaged by avalanche. The entrance gate of the temple is ornamental and flaunts a modern look. The surrounding ambience of the temple is breathtakingly beautiful. This temple has 15 idols; the main is one meter high image of Lord Vishnu seen in meditative posture.

On arrival at Badrinath, take an ashram or tourist lodge. Take a holy dip in Tapta Kund natural spring. Then darshan and pujja at the temple. Thereafter you can explore the nearby Mana village where you see the Indo-Mongolian tribe. Stay overnight at the ashram or lodge.

Day 10 : Badrinath - Rudraprayag (160 kms)
Morning after Aarti Darshan at Badrinath temple, drive back to Rudraprayag. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Stay overnight.

Day 11 : Rudraprayag - Rishikesh (135 Kms 7 hrs)
Drive to Rishikesh. Lunch will be served Enroute. On arrival take the hotel and set out your sightseeing tour. This city is located on the bank of the River Ganga at the scenic backdrop of the Himalayan hills. Explore the Laxamn Jhulla and Ram Jhulla Bridge and have a glimpse of the evening Aarti at a River Ghat. Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 12 : Rishikesh - Delhi (234 km)
On the concluding day of Char Dham pilgrimage tour drive back to Delhi. On arrival our representative will transfer you to the airport.
