Thank You for Your email. I hope You are well! My apologies that I haven't been able to reply to You earlier.

I greatly appreciate your service during my short stay in Delhi. The company's representative (Mr. Vineet) was to meet me at the airport as informed (even though my flight was delayed). He was very friendly, polite and helpful.

The hotel (Shanti Palace) was conveniently located near the airport which was the main reason for choosing that certain hotel for my stay. The hotel itself was very comfortable, quiet and clean.

I have been travelling in India previously. I have to tell You that I have met travel agents who have not always offered what they had promised. I've seen photographs of hotel rooms which did not describe the hotel I have f.ex. been taken to and I have not been provided the kind of transportation as promised.

feel honesty is the most important thing when hoping to grow and succeed as a company. I was happy to see that Your company fulfilled all the promises and provided friendly service. I am 100% satisfied and would be happy to use company's services again.

I work for a travel company here in Finland and will suggest co-operation with Indian Memoirz Tours. We would especially need a hotel and transportation for one-night lay-overs while travelling through Delhi. I hope we can come up with co-operation that is benefitial for both of us.

First of all please accept my deepest, humblest apology for not writing you earlier.Actually I had gone to US and have just returned.

Mr.Subrato...Thank you so much for everything you did. This was the first time that my wife and daughter were traveling alone and I was worried what they would do, once they reached Delhi. Someone from Toronto always stays in your Shanti Palace and he recommended me Shanti Palace. My wife told me that you had personally come to the airport to pick them up. That was  amazing and awesome. What better example of service could there be..where a Director of the Company himself comes to pick you up.

I have never seen that before. The number of times you called here(Toronto) showed how concerned you were. I really appreciate that.

People write reviews to rate the hotel but this review is for your services and I should give you 10/10. About the hotel, all she said was that they had a wonderful sleep and a nice breakfast and a refund of 500 rupees...I dont know why?
Mr.Subrato, once again I must say "Thank You". The Hospitality was awesome.
