Your response to all my inquiries was excellent, even with the last minute date change and the time difference. The only recommendation I would make is that I received the travel voucher for hotel payment after my trip had started so I did not have the ability to print it our prior to my departure. This might have alleviated the confusion at the Leela.
We possibly will be traveling to India again and I would not hesitate to contact you again. As the hotel rate you quoted provided a savings for our company.
