The quality of service provided by you was excellent, we were kept informed at all times of the day or night! The time difference made no difference to emails I zapped off to you, there was always a prompt response!!!!!
Your choice of hotel - within our budget requirements, again, was excellent! We could not of asked for anything more, it met all our requirements, and far more.
We were informed the rate of stay at the hotel was far higher than the cost you had accessed for us - again many thanks for this.
I do feel the added individual response of face to face meeting exceeded any other travel firm. It made such a difference to meet up in person, and advice you gave for future tours was excellent.
