Subject: Tour Feedback

Dear Subrato

I would rate our overall experience as excellent. My daughter and I had a wonderful time enjoying the sights and sounds of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. I would rate Agra and the guide Shalim as number one. Shalim was very knowledgeable and took lot of interest in showing us and explaining the beauty of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri and Sikindra. Jaipur and guide Sharma will be second. We enjoyed his details about, Hawa and Gal Mahal, Amber Fort, City Palace and the Museum and the awe inspiring observatory.

The evening and the Chowki Dhani will always stay in our memory. The Delhi tour, because of the Eid was a liitle chaotic. I felt that we were going East and then West and then East and then West; since I kept seeing India Gate after every sight seeing trip. Of course we were stuck in the traffic for three hours and I slept through it.

For hotels I would rate The Lalitt as number one and Jay Pee Palace as second. I am not sure if Country Inn Suites fall in the same category. I would have preferred Trident instead.

Jatin, our driver, was a pleasure to be with throughout the trip. He was very polite and always had a smile on his face. He is a good professional at this work.

I would also recommend your agency and you to anyone without hesitation.
